Sketchnote: Jess Meredith on Understanding Neurodivergent Minds

In March 2025, neurodiversity expert Jess Meredith led a WLC workshop all about the unique traits, strengths, and challenges of neurodivergent minds, from ADHD and autism to dyslexia and beyond. She challenged common myths and stereotypes, explored how language shapes our understanding and encouraged us to reflect on our own needs and styles, as well as those of others. Members gained practical insights and strategies to enable an inclusive, collaborative environment whether that be with friends, family or colleagues.
