Tash Koster-Thomas
Tash Koster-Thomas is an EDI consultant, facilitator and speaker who has worked across every stage of the employee resource group journey, from first launch to strategic maturity. She has supported networks at organisations including Bupa, King's College London and Forsters, chairing ERG leadership days that help networks collaborate intersectionally rather than in silos.

Geff Parsons
Geff Parsons is CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, a DE&I consultancy through which he works to improve standards of inclusion, and particularly LGBTQ+ inclusion, in other organisations. Before retiring from financial services he was a Managing Director at Macquarie Group, where he chaired the LGBTQ+ network, Pride, for eight years. Under his leadership Macquarie ranked first in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index.

Jenny Garrett
Jenny Garrett OBE is the founder and CEO of Jenny Garrett Global, a leadership development consultancy specialising in inclusive, entrepreneurial and AI-ready leadership. Her work spans coaching, leadership development programmes and keynote speaking, helping people lead with confidence and influence. Jenny has worked with employee resource groups and networks across sectors, helping network leaders build influence, engage members and create change without formal authority.

Sinead O'Brien
Sinead O'Brien is an executive leadership coach with over 20 years in global corporate organisations, including multinational executive leadership roles and more than a decade at PwC as an HR Business Partner focused on leadership development and people strategy. She founded a Diversity and Inclusion committee at Allegis Group, building a network of D&I champions across the business and leading wellbeing initiatives on mental health and financial security. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she works across professional services, finance, law, technology and media, and coaches from first-time leaders up to CEO level.
Practical details
- First cohort: 10th, 18th, 24th November & 2nd, 8th December at 12:30pm to 1:30pm GMT
- Live online, lunchtime sessions - once a week over five consecutive weeks
- Cross-firm cohort drawn from WorkLife Central member organisations
- £495 + VAT per person - member and group booking discounts available
A closed discussion group is set up for the cohort at the start of the programme and stays live after it ends - a space to share questions, resources and wins. At the end of the programme, you’ll also be invited to join WorkLife Central’s ERG Communities.
