About Tim Macavoy:
Tim Macavoy is Head of Product at Radius Networks. We have helped top global organisations develop their EDI ecosystem, in particular employee networks and their leaders, for 16 years. Tim came to Radius in 2017 to launch their Employee Network Leadership Programme, and enjoys the broad range of challenges and opportunities that come with supporting so many industries and locations as a new and connected workforce.
Tim has a broad background in technology, media, and the arts, with previous UX design positions at Microsoft and Government Digital Service. He also has practical experience of founding and leading diversity networks, from student union to LGBT youth radio, to InterTech Diversity Forum.
Tim’s had many adventures, from hosting the global Talk UX Conference, to being a juror at the Turin Film Festival, teaching slapstick to Korean children, writing a Superbowl advert, playing Juliet at Shakespeare’s Globe, hosting a drinks podcast called No Tasting Notes, and working at Poundland.

Zina King is an Associate Consultant with Radius Networks. She is also the founder and CEO of The Next Mile, a coaching and consulting firm. Zina launched her career as a research analyst at a boutique marketing research consulting firm. She pivoted to working in HR and DEI early in her career after discovering her passion for coaching and equipping colleagues to do their best work. Zina brings a rich and textured perspective from her more than 20 years of working with executives and leaders in financial services (Bridgewater Associates, Morgan Stanley and Actis), technology (Mastercard) and higher education (Fordham University). She has developed and implemented successful and one-of-a-kind initiatives, programs and strategies to support every stage of the employee life cycle. While at Mastercard, she managed the Business Resource Groups with over 150 chapters globally.
Zina is a trained coach (Co-Active and The Academies) and certified to administer personality assessments (Hogan Assessments) and holds other esteemed credentials. She earned her Master's in International and Comparative Education from (Columbia University) and holds a Bachelor's in Marketing from (Fairfield University). She is a lover of family, travel, learning, music and the outdoors, who has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean.
