She is passionate about the power of breath and strongly believes breathwork can help everyone. She has used it to combat burnout, overwhelm and anxiety herself. Sophie brings a human & relatable approach with a scientific foundation, and creates a safe environment for people to practise and use this amazing tool within any setting.
