Shivani Uberoi is the founder of The Wallflower Academy, a social enterprise with the mission of creating workplaces where everyone can be themselves – and thrive.
She runs workshops, group coaching sessions and delivers keynotes on a wide range of topics centred around authenticity and psychological safety at work. Plus a free academy for working parents supporting them with the mental load of working and parenting. She has over 15 years’ experience in the corporate sector across PwC, Tesco and Sky – is a certified coach, and a Board trustee.
