It helps you question everything you've been led to believe about your right to focus on self, prioritise self and advocate for yourself.

Drawing on somatic therapy, neuroscience and psychology alongside highly effective coaching tools and techniques, this session helps you become calmer, stronger, well-rested people by honouring yourself and also allowing others to fill up your cup.
