Online Corporate Access: communicating to your employees
Welcome to our dedicated page for WorkLife Central Online Access corporate members - this page contains a range of tips and resources to help you communicate news of your WorkLife Central Online membership internally within your organisation, and raise awareness of the many membership benefits we offer to your employees (not just parents!).
What's included?
Online Corporate Access provides your employees with free access to all WorkLife Central Webinars and online Stories and Advice. Please note, WorkLife Central Events and our Mentoring Programme are NOT included in Online Corporate Access - these are only available through Full Corporate Access.
Download the WorkLife Central Webinar programme here - this includes all dedicated Covid-19 support Webinars as well as our regular programme.
How your employees can access their membership benefits
- Ask employees to visit www.WORKLIFECENTRAL.COM/account/register and complete our simple registration form
- Ensure staff sign up using their work email address - this will ensure they're automatically linked to your corporate access
- Once registered, employees can opt to receive communications directly from WorkLife Central including Webinar invitations, and Stories and Advice - which includes news, blogs, expert advice, podcasts and network updates.
- Once registered as a WorkLife Central member, employees log into our website and can proceed to book their own Webinar tickets, and access our online Stories and Advice content all without charge.
WorkLife Central Webinars - how to book
- Employees need to have created a member login (a free, quick and easy process), to be able to book a WorkLife Central Network Webinar. Follow www.WORKLIFECENTRAL.COM/account/register to register.
- Once you've created your member login, please log into your WorkLife Central account, and when the Webinar opens for booking, (check the listing here) please book your place.
- Once you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us. At least 90 minutes before the Webinar, we will email you directly with the Webinar Access Link - please complete this, enabling you to attend the webinar.
- Even if you know you cannot attend the Webinar at its 'live' time/date, please register so that we can send you a link to the recorded version.
- Remember to look out for the confirmation email before the Webinar containing your Access Link!
For any technical queries about online registration, booking webinars or accessing our membership benefits, please contact Christy.
