Psychologist Lianne Weaver explores the neuroscience and behavioural science of these moments helping you to gain a deeper understanding of your and others behaviours whilst also learning how to regulate your emotions.

Lianne is also a therapist working with a range of different therapies, who is passionate about helping others to feel happier and healthier.
