How to be a safe, supportive ally for someone experiencing abuse.
This short video explains what it means to be a domestic abuse ally. You’ll learn the key roles and responsibilities, how to recognise different forms of abuse and their impact, and the signs someone may be experiencing abuse. It also shows how disclosures can be direct or indirect, why listening without judgement matters, and what effective ally behaviour looks like. Finally, it highlights why allies need support too.
