About Dr Siobhan Higgins:

Dr Siobhan Higgins is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Parent-Infant Psychotherapist and clinical specialist in working with neurodivergent children and families. 

With over 20 years experience working with across the NHS, private practice and academia, much of Siobhan’s career has been dedicated to working alongside the neurodivergent community including autistic and ADHD adults, young people and parents, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness and compassion. Siobhan brings her lived, learned and personal experience to her practice and academic work to support children and families navigating neurodivergence. 

Siobhan is also a founding member of The Neurodiversity Practice, where she supports organisations, teams and clinical services to build truly neuro-inclusive cultures where neurodivergent people, particularly parents can thrive.  Along with Dr Jo Mueller and Dr Lauren Breese, Siobhan also co-runs The Neurodivergent Parent Space, a growing online community designed to support, connect and empower neurodivergent parents and caregivers. 

Known for her warm, engaging style, alongside her vast knowledge of neurodivergence, parenting and evidence-based support, Siobhan offers practical, down-to-earth strategies and tips that help families feel informed, understood and supported, wherever they are on their parenting journey.
