In this short video Climate Coaching Psychologist Megan Kennedy-Woodard examines what eco-anxiety is, how we can implement the three pillars of climate change empowerment, and a range of useful self-care strategies for ourselves and others struggling with climate anxiety.

About Megan Kennedy-Woodard:

Megan Kennedy-Woodard is one of the Founders of Climate Psychologists, where she provides climate consulting, coaching, education and anxiety therapy. She helps move people from climate anxiety to sustainable climate action - that is action that is sustainable for their mental health and the planet. She has an M.Sc in Psychology from The University of East London with a focus on childhood social dynamics, a P.G. Cert. in Psychodynamic Studies and Advanced Coaching from University Of Oxford and is also a qualified Simplicity Parenting Coach.
