About Harriet Waley-Cohen:
As a speaker, facilitator, trainer and coach, with a background in psychology, a decade in investments and a further decade coaching senior women on confidence and leadership, Harriet Waley-Cohen specialises in working with companies in traditionally male dominated industries to help them become places where women thrive and succeed. She supports organisations to recruit and retain the best female talent at all levels; to shift their culture to one of outstanding allyship and to get a genuine ROI on their gender-focused inclusion initiatives. Known for being outspoken about misogyny and sexism, Harriet is one of the only inclusion trainers to tackle the topic of the sexualisation of women in the workplace.
She offers a range of services from one off workshops designed to start a different kind of conversation about inclusion, to a series of workshops and programs including women’s leadership training alongside male allyship initiatives.
As a two times breast cancer survivor, with 23 years of continuous sobriety and recovery from addictions, and living with a mild traumatic brain injury and PTSD after a serious car accident, Harriet is also in demand as a lived experience speaker on resilience, emotional wellbeing and thriving through change. Getting through tough times and coming out the other side stronger and wiser is something Harriet has had to become an expert at, and her talks on this topic weave vulnerable and inspiring story telling with practical actions, mindset shifts and more.
