The surrogate-born children she has carried are 20, 19, 11, 6 and 3 years old and she remains in close contact with all the families she has helped to create. Sarah is a strong advocate for altruistic only surrogacy and campaigns for legal reform on behalf of the members of Surrogacy UK and the wider surrogacy community.
