About Caroline Goodwin:

Caroline Goodwin is a certified sleep coach specialising in supporting families with children aged 3-10 years old. Unlike baby sleep coaches, she focuses on the unique sleep challenges faced by preschool and school-aged children, offering practical, developmentally appropriate solutions for issues like bedtime struggles, night wakes, bedtime fears, and co-sleeping.

With a qualification in Paediatric Sleep, an MA in Special Needs & Inclusive Education, a PGDip as an Education Mental Health Practitioner, a BSc in Psychology, and a PGCE in Primary Teaching, Caroline brings 20 years of experience in supporting children and families. As a sleep coach, her mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and strategies they need to achieve better sleep for everyone in the household.

Caroline currently runs her own sleep consultancy business, providing 1:1 support, workshops, and sleep guides for families. She has also delivered numerous webinars, school talks, and corporate workshops for various organisations.
