WorkLife Central to Sponsor Best Family Network Award
Now in their seventeenth year, Working Families' Best Practice Awards showcase and celebrate employers who go above and beyond in their support for parents and carers. They are free to enter and shine a light on organisations that are making a real difference through progressive and inclusive workplace practices.
The Best Family Network category recognises UK employers with outstanding, employee-led networks that provide peer support and positively influence the organisation’s working culture. The judges will be looking for networks that actively support working parents and carers, help shape relevant policies and are backed by senior leadership, with clear governance and visible recognition of volunteers. Successful entries will also demonstrate measurable impact, using data and real examples to show tangible benefits for both employees and the organisation.

The initial deadline for entries is 5.30pm on Friday 27 February 2026, entrants should register their interest at this link and will then be sent the nomination form.
