The Cityparents team is very proud to see our Founder and CEO Louisa Symington-Mills named as one of the top 20 Dynamic CEOs of 2021 by The CEO Publication. Cityparents is a small and agile company, and we're always looking to adapt and innovate our offering to support our members as well as possible - an approach that has taken us on a transformational journey from our beginnings in 2012 as a small London-based support network for working mothers, to a globally-accessible platform today, supporting 30,000 parents, carers and professionals. As for so many businesses, the pandemic catalysed our transition online and we continue to evolve and expand our programme to support our members in their careers and home lives through these fast-changing times.

Louisa reflects on Cityparents’ growth: “10 years ago if you’d told me I would be running an award-winning and successful business, I would have laughed – I never saw myself as an entrepreneur. I launched Cityparents because I was responding to both my own needs and those of the people around me, and I couldn’t find any other product or offering that delivered what I was looking for”.
