Geffrye Parsons (he/him; “Geff”) is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, a culture and belonging consultancy which works with organisations to create workplaces, leaders and cultures which are more effective, productive and robust. His approach is informed by a 35-year client-facing executive career with global financial and professional services organisations. Geff’s inclusion work has been recognised by accolades from the Pride Power List, British LGBT Awards, PinkNews Awards and Stonewall, and he has been designated a LinkedIn ‘Top Voice’ for both Leadership and Culture Change. He also holds several fractional Board-level roles with not-for-profit organisations working to advance rights and inclusion.
