About Suraiya Rasheed:
Suraiya Rasheed is the founder of Diversity Diagnostics. She has a depth of experience in delivering world-class inclusive talent management, including attraction, selection, recruitment, and development solutions.
Her expertise in business psychology, change management and, inclusion, enable quick identification of potential areas of bias and impactful solutions to make every step of the employee life cycle more inclusive.
Suraiya has a wealth of cross industry experience, having supported a diverse range of clients such as Rotary International, Cancer Research UK, Kingston University, Square Enix and Farrer & Co LLP on their inclusion journeys.
To complement this effort Suraiya is also the co-founder of the United Muslim Community. A community-based project that focuses on bringing fellow brothers and sisters together to raise money for charity, have fun, and network in a safe, halal environment. This enables Suraiya to stay at the forefront with the issues that are impacting fellow Muslims. She then uses this insight to raise awareness through social media – working to break down the barriers that exist across society with the ultimate aim of making the working world less bias and more inclusive.
