Learn about mens' key health issues.
Being a man is bad for you. In fact, in almost all areas of health, men do less well than women, with the men dying an average 10 years earlier than women. And this statistic hasn't changed in decades. But it's not all doom and gloom. There are few simple things men can do to try and stay healthier, but part of this is around awareness, and involves breaking the stigma of what is often thought to just be "normal" for age. In this Video, Dr Jeff Foster, GP and Men's Health specialist, looks at the 3 of the most impactful health issues affecting men as they get older, and how it might not be so hard to fix them.
