Kate Usher was 42 and a mum to a toddler and a baby when she started her perimenopause. She had no understanding of what was happening to her and felt isolated and frightened. In this video she shares her struggles and the dark place it too her to. How people would walk away as she sweated and flapped her face self consciously, mumbling that it was menopause. Very quickly she learnt how to talk about what was happening to her, how to deal with poor behaviour and to show others how they should talk about and behave around menopause and menopausal woman.
