About Becky Kearns:
After beginning her career in HR, Becky has combined her professional and lived experiences to become a Fertility Patient Advocate and Fertility at Work Expert. She has reached thousands when sharing her story through speaking and writing as ‘DefiningMum’ & in 2020 founded Paths to Parenthub, a virtual support platform for donor conception. Following a difficult fertility journey, Becky is passionate about raising awareness and wants to transform the support available for those experiencing fertility treatment in the future, particularly in the workplace, a topic which she has written about for Grazia and spoken about on BBC Breakfast & BBC Woman’s Hour. Since co-founding Fertility Matters at Work, Becky has driven our parliamentary campaigning, leading the Workplace Fertility Campaign Group with former MP Nickie Aiken with the aim of providing statutory rights in the workplace for those going through fertility treatment. More recently, we are proud to share that Becky has been awarded the This Can Happen Founders Award for Outstanding Contribution to Mental Wellbeing at Work.
