About Natalie Silverman:

With over 15 years experience, as a professional broadcaster for the UK’s leading commercial radio broadcaster and as an award – winning voiceover artist for Netflix, BBC, Sky and a host of mainstream brands Natalie used her audio background to launch The Fertility Podcast in 2014, once pregnant after fertility treatment. It was the UK’s first podcast dedicated to what was at the time a taboo topic and the paved the way for many more podcasts to be created on the issues around variety of routes people take to grow their families. Natalie has spoken to numerous people about their struggles and interviewed fertility experts around the globe and in 2024, the award-winning podcast celebrates its 10 year anniversary, with over 1 million downloads in over 90 countries and is now hosted by Independent Fertility Nurse Consultant, Kate Davies, whilst Natalie remains as Exec Producer. Natalie’s work as a patient advocate lead her to facilitate a wide range of conversations within the fertility space, hosting events, chairing panel discussions and producing a variety of podcast content within her audio production company, Natchat Productions and it was her regular appearances within the mainstream media that initially led Natalie into the corporate setting and ultimately to join forces with Becky and Claire to become a co-founder of Fertility Matters at Work (FMAW). Today, Natalie uses her business development skills within the start-up space as Chief Commercial Officer for FMAW and is also a media spokesperson having appeared on BBC News, Sky News and ITV News. She is also a keen yogi and paddleboarder!
