Jackie worked as a journalist before becoming an English teacher and then Headteacher of a large, popular secondary school in Northamptonshire. For 14 years she has run her own successful business, training and coaching leaders and individuals in cognitive flexibility and emotional resilience. She also works in schools, helping teachers support students to develop the World Economic Forum essential skills for 21st century workplace. She has written over a dozen books including ‘GROW – change your mindset change your life’ and most recently ‘The Complete Learner’s Toolkit’ – for 9-15 year olds.
