We may also contact you to provide you with information regarding future events (where you have consented to be contacted by us for this purpose).
Payment Data
Any financial and transaction personal information, such as credit or debit card number, bank account information, and billing address information required in order to process any payment in connection with an event, will be processed securely and externally by our payment service provider, (Opayo) Sage Pay Europe Limited. All personal data you supply to Sage Pay shall be governed by Sage Pay’s data protection and privacy policy, which can be found here. We will share information with Sage Pay only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

Retention of Information
